Can anyone suggest to me a medz that would keep me up all week!? I BEEN LAZY THE WHOLE WEEK AND FELT SO TIRED OF DOING THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AGAIN EVERYDAY! I can't really sort out my feelings, I been this way since last week.. I don't even know if it's my laziness or just my worries that makes me lazy the whole time.. I know that my worries are eating my enegy to go to school plus I'm getting realy tired of going to the same things everyday, This weeks duty was another factor that stressed me.. It'd like I'm in the middle of no where, and all I wanna do is to stay where I am cause I am blindfolded with fears and doubts of how to make it. WHEWW.. I just wish and pray that I could cross the bridge before my birthday, cause I know that I'm not getting any younger and I should choose my decisions well.. Lord, pls.. take all my worries away and I lift up all this unto you, Be with my side please.. Later today after lunch I'll be attending classes which I'm getting tired of..!

Haha, well, let me tell you this: If you're planning to stay awake (at night, presumably), try not to eat heavy meals because THAT makes you sleepy. Because when you eat something that heavy your energy is more focused on maintaining your metabolism rather than circulating it all over your body.
As I tend to pull all-nighters a lot (average of 1-2 hours of sleep only...yes, it's bad) ever since I got in UoP, here are my suggestions:
- STAY AWAY FROM THE BED! When you do your homework/read something/etc., go sit on a hard, stiff chair. Comfy seats/beds/chairs will only lull you to rest on it and sleep. Not good.
- Try working out. It doesn't have to be strenuous; you can just jump a few times or do some workout preparations to keep your blood/heart pumping. It's when you feel relaxed that you get sleepy.
- Do kickboxing if you know how to do it. I love doing this, actually. Not only is it a good, heavy workout, but also in the long run it will eventually help you control your body/sleeping habits. Fun, fun, fun.
On the other hand, I understand how it feels when you just want to rest after doing so many things earlier in the day, so if you feel like you really need some rest, then get some rest. Sometimes, a good sleep can make all the difference, lol.
Hope that helps!
well.. That's agood suggestion!! lol, I know that would help, dont worry I'll set those things on my daily task, I know you said that you've been sleeping 1 to 2 hours since you've been to UoP, Better not to put so much stress on ur loads ha.. stay pretty tc mhuahh.. mizz you so much!!
